A professional boxer and lawyer, 26 year old lightweight Noah Zuhdi is no stranger to combining academics with athletics. Zuhdi’s athletic career began early and his accomplishments are many. In 2001, Zuhdi was named as a nominee to the McDonald's High School All American basketball team. He went on to play two years for Southwestern College in Winfield, Kansas before transferring to St. Gregory's University in Shawnee, Oklahoma. In 2003, Zuhdi was named the Rhema Classic most valuable player and ranked 16th in the nation in assist/turnover ratio for the 2003-2004 season. Zuhdi was an NAIA Academic All American, graduated with a 3.8 grade point average and earned a bachelor's degree in Business Management.
Zuhdi entered the University of Oklahoma College of Law in the fall of 2006 and simultaneously began boxing. With no amateur experience, he had his first professional bout on November 18, 2007 and won by first round knockout. Zuhdi captured the Oklahoma Lightweight Championship by first round knockout in November, 2008. Zuhdi graduated from the University of Oklahoma College of Law and was sworn in to be a lawyer on September 22, 2009. His current professional boxing record is 9-0, with all wins coming by knockout. While Zuhdi is proud to be an attorney, his sights are set solely on accomplishing his goal of becoming a world champion.
